The Albert Law Firm, P.C. was founded in 1996 as the successor firm to the Law Offices of J. Henry Wolf.  Since 1954, the firm has been located in Chicago, Illinois and has devoted its practice to the representation of creditors.  Our firm believes in building long term relationships.  We are results oriented and provide our clients with superior representation, personal attention and prompt reporting.  The firm's practice is concentrated in consumer and commercial debt collection, detinue actions, bankruptcy litigation, and medical billing disputes.  In addition to our volume consumer collection practice, the commercial litigation department is well suited to provide representation in the prosecution and defense of complex creditor issues. 


We are regular practitioners in the following counties:  Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Kankakee, McHenry and Will.  Additionally, we are also regular practitioners in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  We also have the ability to coordinate representation throughout the State of Illinois and the United States.
